After the confirmation of the order you have the possibility to pay and collect your order at our headquarters, or ship it to your delivery address as soon as possible*.
In the event that a product has suffered any damage calling into question its essential characteristics, you must claim by telephone and we undertake to compensate you after having ascertained the problem. Otherwise, the products delivered will be deemed to have been received in good condition.

If the case of eligibility of a product, a return or a credit note (change of goods) will be granted.
